well I'm not a critic, Im just so curies sometimes when it gets to good music.. thats why I decided to open this new line of - updates from the world downstairs - here to share my discoveries.
Some of you perhaps know the National, they are an American band formed in late 90s in Ohio and they are sometimes good, but for my taste they had never been good enough to be added to my daily play list, well that was till this new - High Violet- album of them which is irresistible.

I heard the song Bloodbuzz Ohio like a week ago, the song was just played randomly form the most popular list of hypem when I was taking shower, but Ive got well curios to find out who they are after wards. here are the lyrics of the song.
I saw the video of this song today which was pretty black and white and nicely done so i decided to share some piece of them in the cinnamon's blog. some of their singles can be found here (via chromewaves) as well as some of their other videos.

hmmm... I always thought they were from Brooklyn?
as said in their official website...they are "formed in 1999, the Ohio-raised, Brooklyn-based band" so your argument is somehow true my friend ..
